Returns & Refunds policy
Return Policy
Damaged/Faulty Items In the event of an item arriving damaged, contact must be made via email at support@mattliamcleaningcompany.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will advise whether a return is necessary. Wherever possible (excluding silver jewellery), we request photographic evidence of all damages rather than a return.
If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item in writing (via post, email, or the Contact Us page on our website). Please note that for orders overseas, we will offer a refund for faulty items instead of a replacement.
Incorrect Items Received If by mistake we supply you with an incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days.
Unwanted Items If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us in writing (via post, email, or the Contact Us page on our website) within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Before returning any items, you must inform us at support@mattliamcleaningcompany.com of the reason for the return. Please quote your original order number on all returns and correspondence.
If an item is returned to us but does not arrive, you will be asked to provide tracking details (where applicable) or proof of postage.
We advise customers returning items of high value (£15 or more) to use a signed return service (second class).
If an item is returned without any written communication or is not in line with our returns procedure, we will not compensate for any transport costs involved.
Digital Products Due to their nature, digital products such as eBooks or templates are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Digital Products Due to their nature, digital products such as eBooks or templates are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
